1.A non-refundable and non-transferable £10 deposit per person must be received at the time of booking. Full payment is required either a minimum of 21 days prior to the event or on booking, if less than 21 days to the event. All payments are non-refundable and non transferable.
2.In the event of cancellation or reduction of numbers from the original booking, full charges will be made.
3.Guests for Christmas Parties are required to pre-order their food 21 days prior to the event taking place. If no food is received within this time, the meal then served will be chefs choice.
4.Dietary requirements need to be sent through with your pre-orders. We cannot guarantee our produce is 100% free from allergens / intolerances
5.Drinks packages must be placed and paid in full 21 days prior to the event.
6.Casino 36 only permits entry to guests over the age of 18. It is the organisers responsibility to ensure that all guests are over the age of 18.
7.All prices are subject to alteration, generally due to changes in the rate of VAT, Customs & Excise or unforeseen increases in the price of raw materials.
8.Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol.
9.The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
10.Dress code is smart casual with no trainers and smart jeans only.
11.Casino 36 Limited cannot guarantee parties table arrangements. Organisers should be aware that parties may be split over a number of tables although we will endeavour to keep parties together if possible.
12.The Casino reserves the right to cancel an event and will endeavour to offer alternative dates whenever possible. In the event of cancellation by Casino 36 Limited, deposits and payments will be refunded.
13.In the case of customer cancellation, deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
14.Casino 36 Limited cannot be held liable for any party cancellation made by the organiser or guests due to adverse weather conditions. We advise people to take out insurance to cover you in case of cancellation due to illness, adverse weather or other reasons.
15.Any damage to Casino property or facilities will be charged to the customer. Security personnel will be in attendance at each event and should they feel guests are acting inappropriately, they reserve the right to eject guests from the event.
16.VAT is included at the prevailing rate.
