• If the booking is done for a weekend, but the reschedule date is a weekday refund will not be processed for the difference amount.
• Medical emergency will be considered for full refund and same has to be justified with relevant documents.

Entry Fee: Entry charges start from Rs 2000/person, from Monday to Thursday. While during the weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), entry charges start from Rs 3000/person. Inside the casino, you can enjoy unlimited food, alcoholic drinks, entertainment and playing chips. Casino boarding point details are Big Daddy Casino Jetty, C/o Captain of Ports Jetty, Dayanand Bandodkar Marg, Panaji, Goa 403001. Age group 18 to 21 years cannot avail packages with chips. The permissible age for entry on the casino floor is 21 years and above.
